Backhaus Neckarhalde: The home page tells you what just came out of the oven and when your own bread will be ready, from today's baking plan.

Tripscha Digital built this website in 2026 for a bakery in Tübingen. The notes below show what is on the first screen and why.

What is on the first screen is there for a reason.

  1. Headline

The headline is the state of right now: what came out of the oven last and how many minutes ago.

  2. Baking day

The arc shows the whole baking day across three ovens; the pointer stands at the current time in Tübingen.

  3. Question

Pick a bread and get the next batch with a countdown, with the pre-order next to it.

What was missing, and what is there now.

  • Starting point

The most common question on the phone: are there any pretzels left? The answer is in the baking plan, and only the bakehouse knows it.

  • What we built

A day arc of the bakehouse with every oven batch and the current time, baked goods drawn with crust colour from oven temperature and bake time, crumb cross-sections from the dough data and a sourdough jar in time-lapse.

  • Result

“When is my bread ready?” leads to a pre-order with the product and the earliest pickup time.

  • What visitors ask

Are you open right now? How much is it? Can I book a table? Do you have something for me (vegetarian, gluten-free)?
